The knuckle in which you use to barf with. Normally used by people who are anorexic or just need to blow chunks.

Normally used in a situation to warn a friend to dodge the possibility of having to get an eye full of camel toe. The name knuckleball refers to the resemblance of a camel toe and a the way a baseball players fingers look when throwing a knuckleball.
