Boofer

A big ol' doggo.

Boofer is another word for a big dog, like a Saint Bernard.
This term can usually be found on various facebook sites.

The name derives from the very low woof sound a big dog makes.
A small boofer would be called booferino.

Person A: Hey, check out my sick doggo!
Person B: That's a grown ass boofer though.
Boofer: Wrrrrrrooooff
