Gaggle

Shorts fashioned of a lightweight material which hug male genitalia and define the penis and testicles. The shorts are generally loose in nature, allowing for movement of genitalia (free balling) when rigorous activity is performed. Penis:Ball ratio is significant factor in genitalia visibility as large balls can often force a flaccid penis outward. The glans penis (penis head) is typically the most visible feature.

I am happy that hot man wore his gaggles today. I can see his flopping around from across the gym.
