Known to lurk on Discord or Roblox, they sport marble statue profile pics, drop endless cringe dogwhistles, and are typically age 14–16 (mentally or literally).

A person who just discovered far-right politics online and suddenly thinks they’re an expert on “race science.” Usually 14–16 (mentally or literally) and way too confident for someone who just learned the word “phenotype.”
Example:

“Oh don’t worry about him, he’s just a newgen noticer.”
