Ghettoboi - a male type that usually dwells in the ghetto, likes videogames, cats, has long hair and knows how to climb stuff.

(Usually people who are called "Ghettoboi" have a standart name for example: Steve.)

Person A: Oh I know a guy named Steve, he has long hair and cat like personality! I wonder what male type he would be?

Person B: He must be the Ghettoboi type!
