1) The act of making something soggy.

2) Some word that was made up when attempting to say that additional items on his sandwich would make the bread soggy.

3) The surname of an obscure hobbit that hides in the corner yanking on his wiener. The resulting ejaculation will make any sandwich soggy. ie Dildo Soggens must have made this sandwich, it's falling apart.
