When used properly it is a code word for "I'm High" or "I'm about to smoke"

"Hot sauce!"

When someone gets slapped on the back of their neck.

after the person slaps the other persons neck he says "Hot Sauce!"

Step 1: Find a person with an open neck
Step 2: get your hand ready and flat
Step 3: Sneek up behind them
Step 4: Now hit him on the back of his neck
(make sure it makes a "smack" sound if it doesnt make the noise then it is not an authentic Hot Sauce)
Step 5: Now say "Hot Sauce!" kind of in a high pitch southern accent sound.

paul overhears betty talking about madeline being fat in the school library.

paul imediatly jumps up and screams hot sauce to alert the crowd.
