Gah - In other words: a frickin' potato. But there are sweet potates, so by it you mean the normal ones. Or you can mean by it someone, who is basically in another world, while making something very important and someone who's often late and basically forgets everything. In other words: A potato or not hound.

Actually the word not very popular. If you gonna use it, it would make me happy.

You can also start yelling it at a German. They gona definitley run away.
