This is a lifestyle! People that tend to use this word often dont give a fuck about life! they live life to their fullest which means they dont care about what other people think about them! People that use the phrase “dexy shit” are often on some boss lifestyle which means they are balling and are above everyone and everything! The phrase is mostly used whenever u flex or you do something savage in which u trully dont give a fuck!
