Lunchtime Rowdies

First used by the New York Post. The term lunchtime rowdie refers to a member of the low-income, underprivileged youth who engage in noontime hooliganism when other students are eating their lunch or on break. Such acts of hooliganism include forming gangs where imitation firearms are waved around at unsuspecting pedestrians along with getting high on weed. When congregating inside of public transportation, they can end up making such places unsuitable for use by local residents and out-of-staters alike. Often members of the 13%.

How do you deal with the problem of lunchtime rowdies? All the places the new urbanists always reference are not as populated by lunchtime rowdies. Public transportation cannot be a good experience until this is solved, and people will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to live away from lunchtime rowdies.

Dirty Rowdy

An older, past middle aged man who believes his own lies, goes and does WHOEVER and WHATEVER he wants to day in and day out. A "Dirty Rowdy" is someone who cheats with no conscience or remorse. He will literally tell he's going to do one thing then turns around and does something else. A Dirty Rowdy is someone who would steal your stuff then turn right back around and try to sell it to you. They will lie steal cheat gaslight and ultimately bleed you dry of energy, emotions, and last but not least : MONEY. O and the LOVE to PAY FOR SEX. Why this is eludes me.

Rowdy is the name you give a guy that’s perfect. He’s so funny anything he says will leave you dying of laughter. When you see him you fall inlove because of how handsome he is. He doesn’t just get with any girl tho, but when he does he treats her like a queen.
