Power Pack

An object or person, usually compact in size, that displays a great deal of power or strength relative to their size.

Mel Ott was a real "power pack," when he played. He hit 511 home runs at a standing height of 5' 8 while only weighing 170 lbs.

Manny Pacquiao is such a power pack, he's a real pound for pound kind of guy.
