Legendary phrase used by "Brandon" in kitty0706's "Elliot goes to school" gmod episodes on youtube.
Usually to be used as a comedic way to reject something someone told you to do.
Although not required, it is usually said while throwing something at the person telling you to do something. For comedic effect.
In-game of course.

Teacher: "Brandon you must insert mediocre thing to do"
Brandon: "Go dick-a-suck a bag!" *throws a boot into teacher's face*

This means that the person really hates you and doesn't want to be around you. If someone says this to you, you should probably think of a comeback but if you can't just walk away like you think you're hot.
