Similar to the Filthy Sanchez, the Nasty Nazi is a sexual procedure that is succeeded when: a girl is riding on top of you, stick your thumb up her butt, then take your thumb out and wipe it on the middle of her upper lip, just below the nose. The point is to give her what appears to be a Hitler mustache. Warning: If it does work and she has a dark do-do mustache, either kick her out or leave right away because she is nasty!
