a nicer way of telling someone, " stop being a stupid porchdog and at least try to give me a decent counter argument"
When you say catch me if you can to someone, you can't be considered a pundit because you'd know that what you said is true, it's on the other person to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they are indeed not a porchdog.

A less explicit version of "You couldn't catch herpes in a whorehouse!" It means that no matter how hard they try, no one will be able to catch anything.
While a pack of dogs chased a cat, the cat insulted them by saying, "You couldn't catch chicken pox in a henhouse!"

To witness.
Billy was riding his bike home from soccer practice with his brother Walter. They see a mugging in an alley they normally cut through to save time and turn around to flee.
Billy says to Walter, "I'm catching that on eye... poor guy. Hopefully there was a camera!" as they race home in fear.

“Dub” is commonly used as slang for “win” and “catch” meaning “obtain” or “get”. So by saying the phrase “catch a dub” to somebody, you would be asking them if they would like to play a game with you and attempt to win.
