To enjoy yourself with your friends, typically in an alcohol involved way. As a coworker of mine said, "there is no definition for Shiesty", its more like a deep and personal feeling of immense density and raw power.

A civilian who listens to too much drill and starts to think they are a gangster. Over time, the civilian will use NY and Chicago slang, saying they are never lack and that they have opps. Lastly, they will purchase a ski mask

Kyle: Yo waddup, make this quick G, I finna slide on the opps rq.

Jacob: Kyle? What are you talking about? I knew you since you were a kid, you're a civilian.
