Perfectional

The cross between a professional and a perfectionist. A professional perfectionist. Someone who doesn’t miss. Always on point.

Also, Someone who does something very well. Or refuses to be seen another way.
Alexis’ golf game is unmatched, she’s perfectional at her golf game. She doesn’t miss.

Persecution Complex

In mental illness, it is a delusion where the person suffering believes there is a grand conspiracy that specifically targets them or individuals like them, akin to gang stalking. This conspiracy supposedly is trying to make their life hell and everything that goes wrong in life is caused by this mysterious group, sometimes it’s the government, celebrities or just random people (See Apophenia).

Or (what this focuses on), when it involves assholes, they usually have a persecution complex over what is reasonable backlash to their shitty behaviour, using DARVO, psychological projection, gaslighting techniques , nutpicking, strawman arguments (and other logical fallacies) and then playing the victim. Claiming to be the victim of unfair judgement and mistreatment, when they in fact do that and/or advocate for it. Simple resistance to injustice to them is like an attack.
Examples of a persecution complex:
Christian fundamentalists claim to be persecuted by the mainstream media for “their pro family values” (see dog whistle), when they spew bigotry towards many marginalized groups and usually get a pretty paycheck for it. (See Astroturf)

AI “““artists””” claiming to be the victim of artists, who simply just want to not be plagiarized and have the thing they love and spent years doing be a stable way of living and not be treated like worthless numbers by executives (see Activision, EA, Disney, and other shitty executives)

Men’s “““rights activists””” claim that men are unfairly being treated by women. When they in fact are huge misogynistic douchebags that make women dislike men. Same people who if they were to meet real victims of the loneliness epidemic (ie someone who suffers from crippling social anxiety) they would make it worse for that person calling them things like a “pussy” and giving superficial advice like “man up” whilst belittling them.

Following the death of Brian Thompson, many healthcare executives claimed that they were being unfairly treated by people on social media, when those said executives can do the exact same thing that happen to Brian on a bigger scale and get away with it (thanks to lobbying).

Perception Genocide

The gradual destruction of one’s ability to see or feel things authentically, usually caused by overstimulation, comparison, and the constant hunger for “more.” A silent collapse of real experience—where meaning is replaced with desire, and clarity with noise.
After scrolling through curated lives and filtered truths all day, I couldn’t even enjoy the sunset. It’s like I’ve gone through perception genocide.

Perfectiano

Perfectiano is a word commonly used in poorer areas of Spain, mostly in barcelona. It is a quick way of saying good, or ok. Because of its widely understood nature, it has replaced the actual words for good and ok in Spain for most people.

Period Perception

When a woman's judgement and feeling toward another person is changed due to their period.
S: So my friends girlfriend went to the show with us tonight

J: ugh. I hate her.

S: you've never met her....
J: i probably don't hate her. It's just period perception

The study and creative application of typographic ligatures or Unicode characters, where multiple letterforms are combined or abstracted into a single cohesive glyph, word or phrase. LPT goes beyond traditional ligatures used for enhancing readability, focusing instead on the creation of minimalistic, visually appealing representations that transcend the literal display of characters, evoking deeper meanings or associations. It incorporates principles of visual abstraction, semiotics, and gestalt perception, shaping how text is perceived, understood, and engaged with by readers.

Key Characteristics:

1. Visual Abstraction: Letterforms are manipulated to convey multiple meanings, representations, or concepts through the creative use of shapes and forms.

2. Typographic Ligatures: The combination of multiple characters into a single glyph, either for clarity, efficiency, or aesthetic appeal.

3. Semiotic Interpretation: LPT relies on the human ability to interpret shapes and visual cues that represent meanings beyond the literal phonetic values of the letters.

4. Contextual Typography: LPT is adapted to fit the context of specific design goals, such as logos, branding, or artistic works.

5. Gestalt Perception: The gestalt principle is used in LPT, where the relationships between individual letterforms create a unified and coherent visual experience.
Ligature Perception in Typography is particularly impactful in fields like branding, logo design, and artistic typography, where it is used to condense meaning, enhance visual identity, and communicate messages in an efficient, dynamic, and creative manner.
