in any shooting game, when a player tries to move around quickly, or jump around in order to avoid getting shot at by an enemy in close proximity, they are being a noob dancer (it is commonly used when the player is reloading, is using a grenade etc., in which they arent able to fire back at the enemy)
P1 approaches P2 from behind. P2 turns around and notices P1, so P2 starts to move around, crouch, jump, etc. Instead of shooting at him. P2 is considered a noob dancer for "dancing" instead of firing back

Despite many saying that this is something specific to Call Of Duty 4 it is in fact a general term for any weapon that is cheap and/or over-powered in any video or computer game, usually a grenade launcher or RPG but also, especially with newer games, can be a shotgun (i.e. Call Of Duty, Half-Life 2, Rainbow 6) at least when up close. Use of it is commonly frowned upon unless used with some finesse or tactical forethought.
