When you pretend like you are sick all day but then someone asks you to go out at night and all of a sudden you're all better.

Day: Honey, I'm so sick. You take care of the kids.

Night: I'm feeling a little better. Joe asked me to go to the bar. See you later.

Wife: I thought you were sick
Husband: I was just day sick.

Is a term used to describe something that one probably shouldn’t agree with, find entertaining, interesting or cool. But they do.

Best used in a dark humour sense.

Hugh: “In the Philippines they hunt gays.”

Xbox1: “Hahaha, okay but that’s lowkey sick.”

Sick Puppy

A ‘Sick Puppy’ is an endearing term to describe a person who struggles with their mental health. A strange but loving way of owning the struggles they have been through and being proud of where and who they are today.

First used in this context by singer/songwriter ‘Kings Elliot’ who herself struggles with borderline personality disorder, anxiety and panic attacks.

I've struggled with anxiety all my life, I guess that means I'm a sick puppy!

sick couch

A couch that a sick person lays on until they feel better. Healthy individuals must find somewhere else to sit, as a sick couch is reserved for a sick person. To convert a couch to a sick couch, add a blanket and bed pillow. A sick couch should be within reach to a table that holds some or all of the following items: tissues, ginger ale, pain reliever, chicken noodle soup.

I'll be on the sick couch for the rest of the night.

Like "sick nasty" except even better and more cool. Should only be used in cases of extreme awesomeness.

Some kids, especially those who are intelligent, witty, and extraordinarly awesome, are "sick nursty"!

sick nasty

When I had first used the combination of sick and nasty, I had no idea others had used it before.

During a trip to Mexico on June 8th 2006, a friend spotted something gross outside the car. I looked over and my first thought was nasty, the words "freak-nasty" came out of my mouth instead. He replied by saying "sick", I then used the combination of thoughts and answered back "sick nasty!"

After my discovery, I used this "new" phrase a lot during the trip. I found lots of times to use "sick nasty".

1."sick nasty" to me, means some that is really good, exciting, amazing, etc.
2."sick nasty" can also replace words such as: wow!, dang!, shazamm!, etc.
3."sick nasty" is often times used for something that is gross or disgusting. like: gross!, yuck!, nasty!, etc.

Sick nasty is commonly used as a phrase of exclaimation.The phrase is usable in many situations, its meaning is mainly dependant on the delivery, tone, and annunciation.

"go back to being drunk"
"meh,ill sick the bubble bees on you..."

2."what is that over there?...OH Sick NAsTy!"
3."did you just eat that?..SIck NasTY!"
