S.A.D stands for in Solitude and Depressed, see if you are going through these things you can’t always act like you’re ok. It’s hard, you can always get moral support from the ones you trust. I would say to my friends, “Try to handle it by yourself first, then if it gets worse go to your parents and they will tell you if you need a therapist or need to go to your doctor.” Usually they would say, “I can handle it by myself.” But once you get to deep in being sad it’s very very hard to get out. But it’s not impossible, so get help before it gets to hard
