Carter is an interesting guy who has a nickname of Carti. Carti is often a playboy and talks to many girls at once. Most would refer to him as "Playboy Carti." Carter is a boy who has blonde hair and green eyes. Most of the time Carter enjoys playing sports although he might not be the greatest hit. But, Carter is an overall playboy who has humor and can be sweet to those he cares about.
