A great guy who's goofy and immature but when it comes down to it he appriciates his real freinds. He also never holds back and says whats on his mind getting him into trouble a lot. He's a complete ladies man always checking out girls. And you'll never catch him without his chain neckalce. Carter is tall, skinny, and useally has hazel eyes.

Get the drew cartermug. Carter Waggett is the kind of guy you'd want to be friends with. He's super sweet and has a great way with words, he can be very silly and goofy sometimes, but he's really fun to hang with. He is so fine, every girls in love with him, but once he finds a girl, he stays loyal no matter what. If you ever meet him, be nice, he's going through a lot more then you think he is. He has a big heart, and if he gives it to you, treasure it.
