Delusions include but are not limited to:
An irrational fear of school boys sporting a school uniform, a misplaced confidence in the belief that feelings don't influence thought patterns, and not believing in the proper definitions of words.
As this disease progresses, memory loss can be seen in the following:
forgetting what they said moments earlier, and an inability to comprehend what they said once it is repeated back to them.
Nearer the end of this disease, the sufferer will become irate and start slurring hateful words at those trying to help, and also spamming/blocking relatives and loved ones.

Get the Old Man Syndromemug. Someone that has this displays vast knowledge and depth on a topic they barely even know about and once they get opted out, they start to become defensive using statements like "thats not what i meant", "i didnt noticed that on the first place", etc.
They mostly appear on small group discussions where they try to crash in on the conversation head-on and end up a very interesting discussion into chaos.

And tries his hardest to integrate into their social structure. But the people in the friend group usually treat him as a friend. But in reality, they're doing it not to upset him/her. They usually treat the new person like a dick. Acting nice while also putting him/her in the background.

Hallmark signs are irritability, restlessness, anger or just plain apathy. Those suffering can sometimes present with acute laughing at the situation or words and phrases intended to "poke the bear".
The effects of this syndrome will manifest in childish and immature behavior, bad-mouthing and trolling with any and all means to invoke a reaction.
Unfortunately this syndrome has no cure as it's origin is entrenched in mutual love & hate .
