A bug in a video game that is left in place by the developers and ends up breaking people's games.

I walked to the corner of the map and fell through the floor. I didn't know that spot was an ubitrap.

Ubiquitous Porcupine

An Ubiquitous Porcupine is someone who is always annoyingly close. They're someone who you have way too much awkward eye contact, accidental run ins, and conversations but ins with. Typically, the U.P. will have annoying spiky hair that sticks up like a porcupine quills does. The U.P. just always seems to somehow appear wherever you decide to go, no matter how unlikely it is that they should be there.

The Ubiquitous Porcupine was everywhere they went, constantly haunting their lives.

Ubiquitous Porcupine

A person who is always around, usually with spiky hair-hence the porcupine. Every corner, every hallway. There is no escaping the uncomfortable eye contact and awkward conversation intrusions. Wherever you go, there will always be a ubiquitous porcupine that you will never escape from.

They tiptoed the hallways in fear of a run-in with the ubiquitous porcupine.
