A word meaning, you are messed up. Such as your thought process or similar to having "a blonde moment" but could also mean, your dead but does not mean death. Similar to when a person says, "I'm dead" after a joke or statement. Also has the meaning of being stupid or ignorant. Depends on how you use it in a sentence.
