How to pull a Whooly:
Example 1: 'Why are you pulling a Whooly? Leave already!'

Example 2: 'Yesterday I pulled a Whooly and I was allowed to stay.'

Pulling a TS.
This is when someone start doing something or start saying they will do something but you either never see the end of it or the day of it.
This come from the never ending scams the korean agency TS Entertainment did. They always started something but never finished it or even say they will di something but they never did.
It is similar to procrastination.

-Brian started eating his cake but he pulled a TS and now it is rotting on the table.
-Karen is gonna pull a TS and get in detention for not doing her homework.
