A short version of saying East Side. You may also see citizens put 3 fingers in the air like a gang sign, this basically represents the "E-side" signature hand gesture. Many rappers use this hand gesture those include: Twiztid, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Notorious B.I.G., etc.
