Co-Section Leaders

Multiple section leaders of a given section in a Marching Band, Co-section leaders, at first glance, are very similar to the Section Leader. They are usually bitter with each other and will often argue on how the section should be led. Most of the time, one "leads" the section while the other gives positive encouragement.
I heard next year's trumpet section will have co-section leaders. Yikes
