A wanger is a long plastic object that that has a handle and holds balls one at a time. You use it when in a large open space to lob/wang/project balls across said open space. This is also know as a fly ball or ball handler, it is a dog toy that helps you throw your balls more distance that by hand washing/throwing your balls.
