puffy feelings

A feeling that you can't put into words or can't express properly so they just float in your mind and make you feel puffy.
Usually can be aggressive for no particular reason or a weird, out-of-place feeling.

Person 1: Hey are they okay?
Person 2: Yeah, they're just experiencing puffy feelings again.
Person 1: Ohh.. We should leave them alone for now then
