Discolor Pillers are people who are not consistent. They change their minds at a moment's notice. They change their positions when they lose, and they don't take accountability for their actions. Furthermore, they can't commit and bail out when things turn south.
These Discolor Pillers would rather blame other people for their mistakes than take the blame.

Women these days took the Discolor Pill, and now they don't take accountability for their past mistakes. They always blame men for everything they do.

Accepting the fact that being lean (<=15% body fat) is optimal for male health and attractiveness. A person who believes this is said to be lean pilled.
This belief exists to counter the narrative pushed by powerlifters and perma bulkers, which states that one should just get as big as possible and prioritize lifting numbers above everything else.

Friend: What happened to you? You used to be so strong and swole!
Me: I decided that feeling and looking my best is better than being able to bench 4 plates. I took the lean pill.

A term used by conservative internet users to favourably describe their own sociopolitical viewpoints; at its most basic level, it means to have been made aware of something obscure or forbidden.
It originates from 1999 film “The Matrix,” written and directed by Cis Gendered men who transitioned in 2007-8, in a scene where the protagonist is offered a choice between a literal blue pill to “wake up…and believe whatever he wants to believe” and a red pill to “stay in Wonderland, …be shown deep the rabbit hole goes,” and join a rebellion against the simulated reality he lives in.
Has exactly the same denotation and exactly the opposite connotation as “woke.”

Man 1: “Damn the trannies are trying to teach 2 year olds about men’s penises! That’s Sexual exploitation and abuse towards a child!”
Man 2: “Holy shit bro you’re Red-Pilled as fuck, Awesome, let’s lynch trannies!

Accepting that, while it's perfectly natural to want to fight against hierarchical structures, social hierarchies are also perfectly natural and are an essential part of existing as an intelligent, social species. Serotonin-based social hierarchies have existed for 100's of millions of years and due to the nature of their existence they can never truly be destroyed, only replaced.
Yeah bro, Bakunin's take on the dictatorship of the proletariat was pretty based and Lobster pilled.
