Niche is used to describe a situation, experience, person etc that’s oddly specific. Often used when a person describes a multitude of things that are specific and not relatable but the statement is phrased like the person will relate.

A word that should be pronounced "nish." Why?
1.) Because people waste too much time trying to decide how they "should" pronounce it. "Nitch?" "Neesh?" Let's standardize it and make it easy.
2.) If you don't pronounce it the way the person you're talking to pronounces it, you might be labeled anything from pompous to plebeian. Why should we have to endure this anxiety?
Let's all just agree that it should be pronounced "nish."

Person 1: "You've chosen to target a very niche audience."
Person 2: "Yeah, it's niche but it's lucrative. Also, I appreciate how you pronounced that. 'Nish.' It made me feel at ease and like we are equals."
Person 1: "Agreed. Plus, we didn't have to debate how it's pronounced."
Person 2: "Totally."
Person 1: "Now, let's go be confident and successful and harmonious as we build a better future."
Both: "Niche!" *clasp hands like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Carl Weathers do in Predator*

Niche Argument is a kind of argument that uses of situational arguments or arguments that has little use or no use, mainly about things that has little use or no use. Niche argumentation is considered as an evolution of the classical argumentative fallacies, since niche arguments are hard to spot despite they are used often as fallacious.
