Have you ever had a person send you sweet sweet words that made your heart beat fast and the blood rush to your cheeks? Well here is what will happen if you get too much of that good stuff.
Emotional diabetes. This disease flows through the sweet aromatic words of another person or loved one. It stimulates the giggle glands and the shy nature of even the most brute like women and men.
Some other symptoms include but are not exclusive to; tears of happiness, stargazing with no stars, seeing the world through shades of pink and drawing hearts around every picture of them.
This is a very common but sometimes deadly disease if it gets to later stages codenamed adoration and love.

Toby: "What the fluff are you 'Awww'-ing about?"
Gaby: ".....nothing.. Just Nick..
Toby: *sighs* "What'd he say this time?"
Gaby: "Nothin' special.. Just that he loves me and will never let anyone else have me...."
Toby: "Okay"*feels Gaby's forehead* "Yep. You have it. No doubt."
Gaby: "I have what?..."

Kryspy Kreme Donuts. As Sydney Airport has a Kryspy Kreme shop in the terminal, they've become the city's major export as people enjoy purchasing them and eating them on their flight. Also refers to any other sugar-loaded or diabetes-inducing snack in a box.
"Whoohoo, I picked up these sugar-loaded Kryspy Kreme's just before we had to board!"
"You feeling proud you bought diabetes in a box?"

If you're going to 7-11, pick me up a diabetes-sized Dr. Pepper. I need something to wash down this bucket of chicken.

Man, I banged on some peanut butter ice cream with crumbled Reese's, Reese's pieces, and chunks of peanut butter cookie. That ish was diabetically delicious.

having low sugar and just wanting to eat and eat and continue eating pass the point of no return then when you get your sugar up you realize "damn I ate so much food and now I regret it".
