A dollar bill that is intentionally thrown in a urinal in a public bathroom or port-a-potty, with the understanding that some poor bastard will pick it up at some point throughout the night. Bets between friends are usually placed on how long it will take to disappear.

Blue Dollar

In drug culture, blue dollars are single bills that were used to snort adderall or amphetamines. Generic Adderall comes in very distinct deep blue divisible tablets that are easily crushed and snorted for a quick high. The blue pigment stains basically everything it touches, so the edges of these bills are left with a faint blue pigment after adderall/amphetamine insufflation. the trick involves placing your credit card or ID in between two twenty dollar bills like a sandwich and handing it to the hotel clerk asking for a complementary room upgrade.
