Tiger Striping

Tiger striping has to do with unsightly streaks on your gutters, not wild animals. Tiger Striping is caused by dirt, pollen and pollution build-up on the top lip of your guttering. When moisture is present, it combines with the dirt mixture and streams down the face of the gutter. It follows the same path every time, leaving a trail of grime that has the look of tiger stripes. This is not a failure of the paint or your gutter system. It is a natural process that can happen to a variety of surfaces such as cars, metal roofs, and even the siding of your home.
