It could honestly be your best friend, but to classify them as a Hall Pass, they would have to be the 1 Exception. This term works best referring with, but not limited to, Heterosexual, Homosexual, or Asexual individuals.
Note : Typically you are allowed 1 Hall Pass, entailing your 1 exception, but under certain circumstances you can argue your case for another. This extreme circumstance can grant you at most 2 total.
