Buffet Hangover

The result of one eating until their stomach is at, or over, the limit of what it can contain. People commonly are diagnosed with "buffet hangover" at places where there is no limit to how much one can eat, such as a buffet or events/holidays which involve large quantities of food.

The common symptoms of "buffet hangover" include;
- laziness
- drowsiness
- stomach pains
- nausea

Depending on your age and what you ate, other symptoms may include;
- heart-burn
- food poisoning
- diarrhea
- excessive vomiting

Example 1:
"Man, I should not have went to that party on an empty stomach. I totally had a buffet hangover!"

Example 2:
"Jack had a buffet hangover at that new all-you-can-eat place. He spent all night barfing up a storm!"

A “book hangover” is a sad or empty feeling after finishing a really good book when you’re not ready to leave the story or characters behind.

Halftime Hangover

The feeling that you get, typically at the halftime of a football game, after you've been drunk during the day but it has started to wear off. Symptoms include mild headache, watery-mouth, and the insatiable desire to obtain more booze to prevent full-on sobriety.

"Dude...we need to find some more beer around here somewhere, I'm startin' to feel a Halftime Hangover sinking in"

Book Hangover

Getting so emotionally invested in a book that you think about it for days on end. Characterized by sadness experienced when the book is over and the realization that one will never have the opportunity to feel the way they did reading it for the first time.

I finished reading the last Jhumpa Lahiri novel and have the worst book hangover.

Dorito Hangover

When for any reason one eats almost all of a bag of Doritos they will then feel the guilt of {binging}, accompanied by the feelings of nausea and abdominal discomfort along with a severe case of {Death Breath} several hours after the consumption. The hangover resembles that of an alcohol {hangover} without {the spins}. Often four letter words like "DIET" will trigger one to binge eat Doritos resulting in the Hangover aftermath. Other triggers include alcohol or drug consumption or a poor attempt to get over an emotional crisis.

hairy hangover

Can refer to several things related to excessive alcohol-intake:
(1) An incident of "morning after" dat's particularly unpleasant (i.e., "hairy") in dat you suffer unusually-severe feelings of pain, sickness, humiliation, etc.
(2) A "majorly feeling like crap" post-booze-binge reaction dat obliges you to use da "hair of da dog" method in an effort to sober up and feel better.
(3) Da bristly-furred and saggy/flabby beer-gut dat flops disgustingly down in front of yer abdomen, and is da result of decades of partaking in da disgraceful debauchery described in Definitions 1 and 2.

Da term "hairy hangover" could also refer to when a naked dude who hasn't shaved himself "down there" is straddling a chick's face, and so his globular "daddy bits" are loosely dangling down where she can see them up close.
