A slur for lesbians and often sapphic in general. Very offensive, and shouldn't be used unless you are reclaiming it. Even then, the word still holds a lot of power.

Person A: Dude, you like Izzy? Don't you know she's a dyke?
Person B: God! That's really offensive, John.

A Dyke(butch lesbian/transvestite female) who is pregnant. Tyke, as in child, or baby, in a manly female.
