An individual of Caucasian origin who moves to China to begin a career as an entertainer/personality but ends up being used as a puppet to push ideologies or make a profit purely off the basis that they are white.

Did you hear that Bart Baker is a white puppet? His latest video in China shows him smashing an iPhone and promoting Huawei as the best product. A lot of his work is just him being marionetted on camera by managers who only took him on because he's white and has some talent.
