schade um die zeit

A phrase usually used by Israelis who live in Germany, and who translate it literally from Hebrew into German. Used as an adjective to describe an eccentric experience or object, usually replaces the word very, or in a meaning for something extremely good.

Die party war schade um die Zeit.
Mir ist schade um die zeit warm.
Er ist schade um die Zeit zornig.

Dogs Die In Hot Cars

An up and coming rock band from England. Released thier debut album, Please Describe Yourself, onto the unsuspecting public in the autumn of 2004.
The whole album is a great listen, mixing Rock and Ska to great effect. Lounger is a personal favourite of mine. The song is about 'lounging' about instead of doing school, sends a great message out to teh youth of today.

Stemming from the meme "No airbags we die like men", this term has been adopted by fanfiction authors, mainly on fandom website ao3, who use it to signal that their story hasn't been beta-read before posting and might therefore include a few overlooked spelling errors.

Variations of the term have been created for specific fandoms to match a fandom's inside jokes.

"Aren't you annoyed by spelling errors?"

"No beta we die like men."
