A person who usually is homeless who sees you do a charitable action to one person sees it get jealous and want you to do the same thing to them

Yesterday I was walking and saw a single homeless man on the street gave him $5 then I seen a group of homeless men and they decided to beg mugging me and ask me the question what about us?I was highly annoyed

Bullet Mugger

This is what you call someone who wouldn't let you go at someone. You use this generally to blow off steam. Usually used after an argument or a fight. The use of 'bullet' comes from the metaphor of your body as a gun and your physical or verbal punches as the bullets.
