some random guy (usually from india) calls you saying you have a problem with your computer blah blah blah, then tells you that they will show you the problem and how to fix it (a way to let them hack your computer tricking you into thinking that there's problems and then takes you money to fix nothing. they are usually a target of trolling for YouTubers and people that are just bored

A moniker given by 4chan's /g/ board for Emily Young (formerly Anthony), who appears in many Linus Tech Tips videos and serves as a writer for the channel. The comparison to Shrek is due to Emily being overweight. The name Tech Fiona has also been used since Emily came out as transgender.

stupid tech

A moron that works on cars, usually at a dealership that does not have the mental capacity to properly diagnose any electrical problem if their scan tool does not give them the answer. This person typically says the problem is a loose wire, something is grounded out or shorted out, or blame aftermarket electronics for the problem without any real evidence.
