A person known exclusively through video calls (especially Zoom), never encountered in physical space, and therefore distinct from a “human” in the sense of lived, in-person experience.

A relationship that exists only in virtual interaction, lacking the full dimensionality, sensory presence, and embodied connection associated with a human you’ve met face-to-face.

“We’ve shared a lot online, but he’s still a zooman, not yet a human in my world.”
