A Truvad-y'all is when an overtly racist and homophobic hillbilly is actually a violent self loathing homosexual that secretly takes Truvada to protect his immune system that is weakened from being a helpless drunk.
That redneck Truvad-y'all can't complete a coherent sentence but he sure can bring a mouth hug to completion.

Inexplicable contraction for "you" and "all", typically cited by non-Southerners as the correct way to spell "ya'll" (which is actually a contraction of "ya" (common American English vernacular for "you") and "all").

Warning to children or other misbehaving persons to behave in public. Contrary to previously attributed gangsta use, it's what your Grandma would say if you and your cousins were acting up outside your own house or backyard, even if you were only in the front yard. Short for "Y'all best break y'all selves of actin' out, before I break you of embarrasin' me in public." Complimentary phrase might be "Ah'mo (I'm going to) take you right out this world and tell God the gators got you."

Chazz said: "Y'all Do Shots?" while using two fingers as a horizontal peace sign and pointing at the girls as he moved his hand from side to side.

Technically "all y'all" is overkill because "y'all" is a contraction of "you all" which already includes the word "all."
