Thought many claim Woot got it's grammar from D&D, It's up-beat attitude came from Grand Theft Auto 2, in which your first job begins with a psycho on the phone that says "WHOOP WHOOP!". This can also be attributed to the coolness of Group X and their fly phat beats of Super Mario Twins
