jibble

A form of the word stem "jibbl", of which can have any meaning.

It is arguably a hypernym of all words, and can be used as any part of speech.

It's part of speech may be implied by it's prefix and/or suffix (e.g. "-ed" for past participle) and by it's placement within a sentence.
