Barefoot:
1: Wearing nothing on the feet.

Barefoot Enthusiast:

1: Someone who does not like wearing shoes, but enjoys being barefoot and feeling the world at/on their feet.

Kid: Why aren't you wearing any shoes?
You: Because my feet can't breathe in shoes and being barefoot is very comfortable. I'm a Barefoot Enthusiast.
