A person who is not only creepy in nature, but then actually does something to excessively cross the line and leave their creep stain mark on your life. Most creep stains make extremely unwanted, inappropriate, lude or aggressive sexual advances in the most awkward way.

Creep Shark 

A creep shark is a person who sneaks behind an individual, or group of individuals, while they are having their picture taken, and has only their eyes and nose exposed over some region of their body visible to the photographer.The ideal creep shark is wearing sunglasses and a hat and is unnoticed by the group getting their picture taken while he/she peers over them. While in progress, the creep shark is said to be "creep sharking".
