With the release of the 2015 James Bond movie, Spectre, Mexico City's previously non-existing parade for Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) a made-up parade was created only for one of the movie sets. Because Mexico City received so many inquiries regarding the parade after the movie, the enterprising city government decided to create a large parade in order to help promote tourism. Thus the previously non-existing event, today with it being so successful, this has led to more and more beautiful people participating in the event each year. With so many lovely decorated people, this has led to the inevitable assignment of the infamous "ILF" to a new line of both males and females who were unfamiliar with the Catrina character prior to the recent popularity of depicting the figure in costume.
