Propaganda spreading fan or "useful idiot" engrandising the genocidal governments and histories of Stalin'esque communist governments. Usually that of the USSR, Communist China or Communist Cambodia.

The Tankie said the monstrous genocides committed by the CCP and CPK during Mao's cultural revolution didn't happen and the history books were actually written by "Nazis" and "umm actually don't you know the west all committed the only actual genocides in all of human history".
