It's a tool (highly similar to a hammer) which is used while tripping high on 2CB in a closed room with your friend, who isn't sober as well. The unique ability of being held in your hand has to be taken in caution, meaning that you must pass this tool to your friend. If you somehow didn't manage to pass it, then you won't be able to free your hand from this untill the very end of the trip.
